Sports photography with D2H

Hello community - I have just started shooting cage fights with my nikon d2h - although some pics are ok with the use of the flash - it seems I cant get the rights ettings without falsh to get nice photos... anybody could help me?:mad2:

Which lenses are you using? What settings have you tried shooting with?

Providing more information here will get you better/more reliable suggestions.

If you are struggling with a noise problem join the club. I love the way the my D2h handles and functions but in low light situations the noise above 1000 is not pleasant at all. There are several sports photographers that post regularly on the Sports Forum. Why don't you post a few examples of your problem shots there and give them a go at a solution. They for sure will want to see some images before making a suggestion.
