Should i buy the 24-70 nikon 2.8 vr lens when i have the 24-105 1:4g vr lens?

According to the description provided they are slightly different. Also, it depends on what you are planning to use this for. Is for portrait or landscape, there are much better lenses available. I'd also recommend to have different lenses for portrait and landscape photos.
