    Winged Beach Rat...

    Well, that's what my dad call's them anyway.. as opposed to "winged rats" (pigeons) or "bushy tailed rats" (Squirrels). Lots of smart gulls hanging out at Grant Park and eating what folks at Blue's Fest dropped and threw them.
