At least the males. I watched about 8 males fighting over one female. The entire mating ritual seems quite barbaric. Didn't feel right watching too much.

Great images of male domination It really isn't that bad, I have never seen a bird dead from fighting for a female, but humans have been know to die over a woman ;)
