    What's this ?

    I spotted something that wasn't a heron, gull, pelican, cormorant in the distance.
    Only having the 200mm with me, I have these crops of about 10% of the frame.
    Can an expert tell what I saw ?

    Turns out there were two birds, not one, but I didn't see that in the viewfinder.
    Full frame posted just to show how poor the image really is !

    Thanks - I hoped that's what it was.
    If both of the birds in the original shot are Ospreys, then is it likely to be a breeding pair ?
