What lens for these Macros?

I have a Nikon D50, but my Tamron 70-300 with macro won't even sniff these types of photos.

The only lens I can think of is a Canon MPE 65

You could reverse a lens on the front of your zoom and get images that tight, but working at 1-6 inches away is VERY HARD
