Went for a walk with the tubes today

I took the dogs for a walk this afternoon, and took along my 50mm f/1.8 and my set of tubes. I got a couple blocks from my house and realized I forgot to put a memory card in my camera, so all of these are from my back yard, and none were taken with tubes.

Re: Went for a walk with the tubes today

All very nice, mjs, but that first one is a terrific subject!

I don't know if it will look like this tomorrow, but a shot against a plain black background would make a great nature/abstract. Great form and love the progression of the blooms.

Re: Went for a walk with the tubes today

Thanks Loupey. I'll see what the bleeding hearts look like when I get home. They seem to change so fast. I took some pics of these the day before, and I don't even remember seeing this set of flowers on there. If nothing else, I could always PS the greens out of this image.

I cranked the DRebel up to ISO 800 for a couple of the bird photos. I hate going over 200, but thought I would give it a shot. Much too noisy for me, but at this size it isn't bad.
