Weird something on butterfly's head??

I noticed when I was shooting this skipper that he had something white on his head. At the time I just figured it was white pollen.

But zooming in on it, it almost looks like eggs. Very weird. Anyone have any ideas of what this is?

Now about this picture, maybe the chain broke and you caught her pearls just before they bit the dust. :blush2:

definately eggs. Must have picked them up while going flower to flower.
