Voracious!

Here is a new one for me. Just so happened that I came across it just as the sun was setting tonight. Whipped out my trusty tubes.

I'm reaching the lower light ranges of the 10D here. Shot at 1/90s, f/5.6, ISO 400, 160mm, 36mm extension, hand-held (oh yeah, the wind was blowing and the milkweed was a swaying so many files were deleted

As I keep shooting, it kept eating, and eating, and eating...

Then suddenly it stopped and looked like it was having hiccups for about a minute. Started eating again.
