Vermilion Flycatcher.....lifer for me

Found 3 different Vermilion Flycatchers at the Orlando Wetlands this morning. These birds reside in the southwest of the U.S......unusual to see one here in Central Florida!

Focal distance 33 meters away and dam are the fast!

What an awesome experience! It's always a thrill to capture a new species, and when it's an unusual one, it's even better. And this is such a beautiful bird too. Sure seems to like that stump.
We've been seeing a few unusual birds in my area over the past couple of years too. I wonder if global warming is starting to make them shift their territories.
