    up the river

    Hey all, I was finally able to get out and do some shooting today. the river water level is way low and its been a pain trying to get around on it. These were all taken early afternoon with some pretty harsh light.
    1. Juvenile green heron
    2. Common moorhen
    3. Barred owl

    I'm envious! I've only seen green herons twice (both non-shooting situations) and still haven't seen a barred owl this year

    Lovely colors on the moorhen, btw.
