Two from Costa Rica

I spent 2 weeks in Tamarindo, Costa Rica last month unfortunately with only a couple of point and shoot pocket digitals. Next trip will definitely see my camera gear going along, this trip I was just too busy to justify carrying it.

Anyhow...here are two shots...

One of a dragonfly on a plant by the hotel pool, taken with a Nikon coolpix L18..


And one of a baby crocodile, taken with an Olympus waterproof digital.


This little guy was about a foot long...I've seen them over 12' long there, but must admit I prefer them this size...

#1 is very sharp for a P&S. Good captures on both of them.
