    Turkey Vulture

    All I can say when these dudes fly over is "buzz off... I ain't dead yet".
    Nice wings... if only they had bigger and better looking heads!

    Good shots. #1 is a little soft, but the wingspan is nicely rendered in both.

    Hey thanks you guys! When I shot the second one, he was doing a crazy spiral thing and I was turning around in circles. LOL :crazy:
    I used to mountain bike a lot. Where do you go OldClicker? I used to go to Palos quite a bit.

    I re-learned to ride at Palos a few years ago (at 50 - hadn't ridden since 14) since I worked close by. A wonderful place considering it's in Cook Co. Now, it's an hour drive to any MTB (Palos or Kettle Moraine), so I just ride road and some path.

    I know that you aren't in need of photo ops with your job locations, but there would be some great ones at Palos. Mountain biking, wildlife, nuclear reactor - what more could you want.

    lol theire heads are disproportionate to theire wings making them look really funny and odd but still a gourgeous bird shame we dont have them down here
