I was surprised this coon was out in broad daylight raiding the trash cans at the nature center. But she was huge and had very engorged teats, so I'm guessing she was pregnant and about ready to have the babies.

Nice shots, The racoon might have been rabid but it looks pretty healthy, but you never can tell.
