    Tiger Swallowtail Butterfly

    Well had nothing to capture today until this one started sniffing the lilacs And i still dont think this is cliche lol

    Nicely done, good DoF in this one.
    What were you using for this?

    Shame about the missing left tail, some people (and I think all agencies) like photos of perfect specimens.

    Nice shot. I tried one and couldn't get the exposure half as good as you did here.

    Paul i used a 70-300mm Handheld Nikon D50 , it could have had alot more detail . Im gonna try for a better one with full tail and i will try a monopod next time

    Whoa, I think your "nothing to capture today" turned out to be an "excellent day for a capture"
