    Heck yeah. I love the first one - eating natural food always looks more natural

    Since we all seem to be talking lenses lately, what did you use? How close did you get? How much is this image cropped?

    Thanks guys for the great comments. As for the lens, I used a Tamron AF XR Di 28-300. It was cropped somewhat but not a whole lot. I took this sitting in a lawn chair in my backyard. I have many birds that visit regularly so I sit there and just wait. This bird was approx. 6" off the ground sampling the flowers. I thought the color of the bark ground cover and how the wings were captured made for an intersting shot.
