A Strange Place for a Nest

A pair of robins has taken up residence in my Propane Tank Above Ground Access. The activity has been driving my dog nuts. The well is deep enough that he can't get to the birds but that doesn't stop him from removing the lid and keeping a vigil. There are not many trees about so I guess they are just making due.
