    Stirring Garter

    Found this little fella about an hour ago warming up in the morning sun beneath some spider webs. About the diameter of my pinky finger.

    Earlier I missed a beautiful backlit shot of a hovering hummingbird. Like a little jewel. She darted off the moment we saw each other.

    Very nice Loupey. I think I look up too much watching for birds, I never seem to see any snakes.

    Between being stooped over looking for bugs and arched over looking for birds, there seems to be no middle ground. What I need are a second pair of eyes growing out of my knees.
