    Eagles & a Kestrel

Taking a break from my Coyote even thou I could see him lying down by the woods from were i am standing now. That will be tomorrows adventure.

Here the Male Eagle sitting in the tree and buzzing around the nest, Female is sitting in the nest. Afternoon lighting put me on the wrong side of the nest and lost of branches in the way on this side, but I love the look!

    Eaglets are due January 2!

Kestrel...everytime I am getting closer to him!

Eric great images as usual. I really like #3 of the eagle in flight.

I wish that Kestrel would pick a tree that isn't so high! Nice stuff!

    Re: Eagles & a Kestrel

Great shots as usual, I went to my local eagle spot at Georges Island Park in Montrose NY, which is on the shore of the hudson river it was a bone numbing 14 degrees, -2 with the wind didn't see any and didn't stay long.

Not many eagles around here this year, 3 of the 5 eagles nests in the area were destroyed by storms.
