Re: Some support could be great.

First off, I'm not a pro. Secondly, as - if I remember correctly - pointed out by one of the mods sometime ago, this is not a critique forum. I guess that's why most of the time most of the photos don't really receive any real critique, .i.e., the kind that pointing out the good and bad about the photos. But if that's what you're looking for, perhaps you could mention that in your posts and I'm sure some would not mind leaving some comments and/or suggestions.

Then of course, there is the Critique Forum. But, if you want comments specifically for nature and wildlife shots, perhaps this would be a better forum for that purpose.

Still, a lot of the time, people just look and don't say anything. This is true even on the real critique forums.

Re: Some support could be great.

    Carlos,
When I post something in this forum I want feedback on, usually I add the specific question I'd like addressed, and almost always get a response. If there is something about the shot I'm unsure of, I'll post it in the critique forum (exposure, composition, effects, etc.) Currently I have Flamingo and Raccoon shots in the critique forum that have not been posted here (and as AgingEyes said, that's no guarantee of getting comments either).

Otherwise, I'm just sharing my shots, like everyone else and not really looking for feedback, although as you mention, it's always nice to hear that others like it too.

Re: Some support could be great.

Carlos - sorry if you felt saddened but, as AE and jetrim stated, this forum is typically for sharing images. I know paulnj will never critique an image and I will ONLY provide one IF a critique is asked.

Not everyone is on the forum around the clock. Sometimes it may take a few days for people to see your posts.

Also, I suspect that people may quickly view posts but don't have the time to make comments until later.
Please do not edit or repost my images.

I haven't been available for awhile, so sorry if I missed your posts.

    I will find them

BTW, you have a better chance of winning a free car than getting a critique from me .
