    One more

Not the best image, but I wanted to shoe how it was perched. This one was just sitting on this branch, then all of a sudden, stuck it's foot out. I'm not sure if this is the same bird that was perched with one leg hanging down or not. Is this typical behavior or is this something to be conserned with?

    Re: One more

Well I would say their chicks are getting large due to the fact that we see 2 in one frame ;) Female leave the nest to feed once the chick get large enough. The perched bird should be the male who guards the nest and hunts for the family from within a mile or so usually.

    Cool shots, Michael.

That third one (butt shot) is great! Your composition, the eagle looking back, the gnarly tree - all works well together.
