    Softshell Turtles

    Softshell Turtles can get to be 24" in size, and should be approached with care because one that size can do a lot of damage to one's fingers. They are ugly turtles, but in my opinion they are one of the most interesting turtle species found in Florida. They are quite active this time of the year laying eggs.
