    The Singer

    House wrens busy collecting bugs for their growing brood.

    My focus was a bit off as the back end of the DOF just barely caught the wren's eye. But I thought it gave it a "portrait" look.

    The selective focus and the "spotlight" on the head gives this image a very unique look. Nice capture.

    Sorry, but I can't blow smoke here...

    the soft focus look isn't my thing, but we can't take award winning images every time
