    Shhhhhh

    Thought I would put this one on here. He really is a cute thing alseep. This was shot at the Salato Wildlife Refuge which is near Frankfort, Ky.

    Is that a bobcat, because I can't think of any other jungle cat that looks like that.

    SHHHH , I was given an ocelot about 10 years ago ;) I had her for 5 months, but gave her to a guy in PA with a HUGE(400 acres) fenced in area with 2 other ocelots to play with.

    Jungle cat ownership is CRUEL IMHO , but she was already a lap cat with a temper at times ;)

    I think all cats are tempermental, and will attack without warning, even plain old house cats still have the native "attack" mentality....especially my cat

    I hope you didn't wake that kitty up!

    No, I let him sleep. I didn't see any in the enclosure when I first went up to it. Then I started walking along the elevated walkway next to the front and that is when I saw him asleep in the lower coner. All I had to do was walk over and lean over the wall. Had a straight shot down at him. I have some more of him that I took on my return walk through there and he was awake. I believe he is a bobcat.
