I was sent into the garden from hearing this horrendous noise, birds shreeking and the chaffinchs and bluetits ticking as loud as they can, then i noticed her on next doors shed roof, The female sparrowhawk was back, she kept dive bombing the laurel bush where the sparrows had hidden up, she was like a missle! and the disheveled feathers show the force in which she hits the bush.
I didnt think she would still be there as i shot in doors for the camera, but there she was resting up on the roof, so i got these shots of her.
I was disappointed not to get a flight shot of her but i was aiming the camera through branches on a pear tree, and when she took off my lense couldnt follow her![]()
