    very nice shot. Its amazing how close (at least here- and i have to do it for work- monitoring a pneumonia outbreak) bighorn let you get to them. we have to watch the lambs especially so the big males aren't in the group but they have really impressed me with how cool of animals they all are.

    Interesting composition. At first I didn't like it -- it always makes me feel uncomfortable when body parts get cut off, and half the face is especially uncomfortable. But I kept looking and after a few momentsI noticed how the horn drew my eye, the strongest element in the image with the contrasting light and shadow. And then I noticed how that shadow curls like a directional arrow, drawing the eye down the side of the face to that beautiful sheep eye. Very nice!
