Several bird shots from todays efforts

As near as I can tell, this forum is 5 shots per day. I shot a lot today, but here is a sampling. I'll post some alligator shots tomorrow. My EXIF data is embedded in the images, and can be viewed using Opanda or a similar product. I've included links to the original size under a few of them (where the original is significantly more detailed than the smaller forum image). Thanks for the warm welcome to the forum, and I hope you enjoy these:

This is a Wood Stork. Endangered species, and one of my favorite birds:

Just 5 images per post. You can reply to your own thread and post more images that way. Or start another thread (for different subjects). No limits otherwise.

    Great work here.
Please do not edit or repost my images.

    What's a Loupe for anyway?

I have a large preserve behind my home. I went out there and set up some feeders, and built a photo blind near the feeders. All kinds of different species come in. The sound of the camera sometimes frightens them, but other than that, they don't even know I'm there. I shot that bobwhite at about 7 feet with a 100-400L.
