    Saturday Drive

    A variety pack today.

Despite temps in the upper 20's, crazy wind chill, bouts of heavy snow blowing horizontally, and a flat front tire, I barely managed to get these.

In the order that I found them. Kestels always manage to work their way into my series

    Thanks for looking

Nice work as usual Loupey. I really like the deer shot. How long did you stand there before you noticed them there?

A flat tire, snow cold and wind and you still get flawless pictures
Great job on all of them.

    Re: Saturday Drive

    Thanks everyone for looking!

Jaedon - not long, I cheated. I came across a couple looking and pointing off into the woods. That, to me, said "look there, possibly something for you to shoot" There were probably 6 very close to a path. They were spooked and took off shortly thereafter.

Paulnj - thanks! I've been meaning for some time to get a shot showing off their beautiful eye(s) and thin legs.

Copy - yes, all at 600mm. The 2x rarely comes off anymore (except to put on some tubes). I guess that means it's time to seriously consider the 500mm or 600mm f/4L That's gonna hurt

Karen - thanks for the gracious comment. The hardest part of the flat tire was trying to locate where GM hid the jack!
