    Rufous Winged Sparrow

    Rufous Winged Sparrow Aimophila carpalis

This is one of our (Arizona's) little 'exclusive' birds, only found here and through Sonora, Mexico, into Sinaloa, Mexico (Mexican states). They're a little shy.

    I love that last image.

SHHH, Do tell anyone, but I found my last one in Anahuac near Galveston TX ;) It was obviously a vagraint, but I found it all by myself . They are also found farthur up AZ in Phoenix (botanical gardens) where I found a ton of AZ's great birds.

I have been telling Rick to go there for over a year, but he won't listen.
