Rockchucks on the Yellowstone

Last weekend we took a trip down to Pompey's Pillar on the Yellowstone River. Right off the bat I spotted a rockchuck and put the sneak on to get a good shot. The dry leaves underfoot gave me away and he quickly darted down a hole, which is pretty normal for these nervous critters. As luck would have it, there were about a hundred more further into the park that were less flighty.
