It must have had required lots of patience, split-second timing and anticipation to get it - since I don't think little flying seeds pause in midair long enough for the shutter button to be pressed!

Maybe some cropping off the top will further improve, since I feel there is too much unneeded space there.

Thanks AMDA. Actually, the seeds on this were stuck in place. They weren't actually blowing in the wind. I was able to take several shots of this.

Wonderful shot, the seeds certainly give the impression they are about to fly away. Great background too.
