Not real clear. He was searching the fields near the bay.

Looks to me like a harrier...and a male at that! I've only seen/photographed one male. But we have a lot of females here. Very fun to watch!

yeah, that's a male harrier for sure and they are hardest to find.

THere were 4 of them flying around over the fields by the bay. This one was flying to me and again I could not get out of the car. I though it was a red tail because that is all i usualy see around here.
