    Red-Shoulder Hawk

    As a follow up to the comparison I did in the other thread, I thought I'd post this image that I shot with my XTi and the 100-400L. As you can see, it takes some pretty nice images with a good lens, and if you do a good job of setting up the shot. It's definitely worth looking at the link below the picture for the original size!

    I love that pose and raptors are a favorite of mine(just behind neotropical warblers)

    What a beautiful symmetrical pose. His mother obviously taught him to stand up straight.

    Nice testiment to the 100-400mm, XTi, and your abilities.
