i think it would be better if you cropped it in closer to the eye, eliminate alot of the white... ie make it more of an abstract shot and it would work.
I love the eye, but really wouldn't want it on my wall, to be totally honest.

I found this bird on my front step the other day. It was either drunk on fermented crab apples, or it had flown into my front door. Either way, it was acting a little strange, and showed no fear of me. Here is a link to another thread with some more shots of this same bird. There is even a pic of it sitting on my arm.
