    i think it would be better if you cropped it in closer to the eye, eliminate alot of the white... ie make it more of an abstract shot and it would work.

    I found this bird on my front step the other day. It was either drunk on fermented crab apples, or it had flown into my front door. Either way, it was acting a little strange, and showed no fear of me. Here is a link to another thread with some more shots of this same bird. There is even a pic of it sitting on my arm.

    That's a cool shot!

    I think if the head was turned slightly to his right (our left), it would be stronger as the "headband" is not very attractive.

    Then again, if he was looking dead-on it might work too. But this is somewhere in between.

    But I definitely love that head tilt!
