    Red-bellied in flight (& others)

I chased this red bellied woodpecker all over trying to get a decent in-flight shot until I was pretty sure my right index finger had frostbite… this was the best I could do.

I was getting ready to take a p I c t u r e of this black-capped chickadee when this nuthatch chased it away, the nuthatch didn’t stay long.

Didn’t have time to adjust my settings when I saw this deer.

A very rare black-capped-bat chickadee enjoying some ice

    Just thought this looked cool.

    Thank you for looking.

Copy, the last one you posted, the bird is sharp, and it looks good. You can probably do something about the bg, one of the PP gurus will be along shortly.

Great showing! The upside-down chickadee is way cool. And the second post image is a great in-flight image IMO. I'm sure Queen of In-Flight (Bev) will concur.

I personally like "The End" lol that was cute ;) The chickadee is really cute too! I think its so cool how they'll just hand upside down like that.

Love this series. Especially the rare bat chickadee variety! Looks like you had a successful day - despite the many that went straight to the trash can.
