    Peregrine Falcon

    These are year round but rare residents in my area. I've only seen them twice before, once in a blinding snowstorm and once in the estuary from a long distance. I was thrilled to have this one pose for me in an easily accessible raptor tree.

    I've only got 1 pic of this bird and it was from quite a distance and barely identifiable.

    Nice catch. Here in Florida I rarely see them let along getting shots of.

    Nice capture.
    dllaliberte....there are several at Black Point in Merritt Island!
