Parrots in the City?

I was driving home and there were people out of there homes looking up in the sky. Then I put down my window and you can hear these louds birds. I stopped the car and shot a few since I had my camera with me for no real reason. I think it was fate.

Sorry the quality is poor on these shots. I barely had a lens that could reach them up in the powerlines.

That's cool. I saw some wild parrots in the city (but near the ocean) in St. Peterburg, FL once.

Yes these are parrots and not parakeets. They appear to be one of the Amazona genus parrots, but I can't pin the ID down. That red orbital ring(not a white eyering) in the part that's throwing me off.
