    A pair of Otters

Otters are social animals, and as such they tend to be in groups of 2 - 4 individuals. It's seldom that you see one by itself. Today I found a pair of Otters in the Viera Wetlands, unfortunately, it was mid day with the associated harsh lighting.

Bet it wasn't easy for the camera to AF through those branches. (Or did you use MF?).

I only wish for slightly less over-sharpening and also a better background/foreground for the last 6 shots. But thanks for sharing!

Brilliant series, they are so much fun to watch when they are playing their antics. The first 2 could have been a touch sharper, #2 in particular, Love the sheen on the water. S

What great subjects these little guys make. They are so animated. Like that I can see the water beading and dropping off the whiskers in the second to last shot. Of the first two shots, I like the second as the subject is a little closer and the otter's head and snout are a bit clearer. Wonderful! thanks for sharing them.
