    Owlette

    I need about a 100 foot step ladder, to get a good shot of this fella.

    Look at those eyes!
    Do you have a remote shutter release thingy? You could try that with holding up your camera on a monopod and shoot off a bunch......? I dunno, just a thought. It could be enough raise to get the whole head in perhaps.
