It's not so much the implied claim of ownership (which you certainly did not claim from the beginning), rather it's what the TV networks like to say... "any rebroadcast without the expressed written consent of the (fill in the blank) is strictly prohibited". Whoops, am I allowed to quote a disclaimer?

I think that's a great image to share, so edited the image to a link found through google. I see links on this site to other's sites and that seems to be fine
