    Old photos, new processing

    I've been learning a ton about photoshop the past year or so. Also my wife & I are going through my photos to see what ones we want to hang on the wall.

    While going through some older photos, I decided to re-process them. I now realize when I took the photos the visions of the final product was there, but I didn't have the PP skills to get the photo to match the vision. But now I have

    #1 Lighthouse near Half Moon Bay, CA. taken 2/19/07


    #2 Bodie, CA. taken 8/15/05 (On my honeymoon!)


    #3 Sunrise on the beach in Monterey, CA. Taken 12/14/05


    #4 Moab, UT. Taken 3/28/05

    you definitely have the PP skills down. i also like number three. hopefully sometime in the future i will be able to go to the ocean and shoot a slow shutter pic like that.

    Very nice job on these. Funny you should mention this subject. I was going through some photo on an old external hard drive the other day and the first thing that popped into my mind is that I need to go back and pull a few of those and redo them I'm sure I could do much better with them today than I did four years ago. You have inspired me to give it a try.
    Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??
