    off the porch

    i sat for about an hour on my porch last night to see what came by. these have not been fooled with. just posted.

    Is that top one a western wood pewee?

    I love that acorn woodpecker . I have seen them in AZ , but we don't have anything that cool here.

    No that's not a red-headed, it's an acorn woodpecker. I will see If I can did you up a bad shot of a redheaded this weekend and post it.

    i have it as an ash throated flycatcher. the peewee has a rounder head.

    for those that are not aware the rest are lesser goldfinch,american gold finch, acorn(clown) woodpecker(i see way too many of these) ,
    grossbeak, dove, millers blackbird, and blacktailed deer.

    all male excpet for the clown woodpecker

    brewers blackbird ya got me there. i knew it was one of those trades that folks used to make a living at! ;-)
