Sony/Minolta - way more gear than talent.
Now those are what I'd call tack sharp images. The detail on the feathers and on the water droplets on the duck's head is amazing! I've never really considered getting me a 200 - 400 lens since I already have a 400, but there have been times that I wish I could zoom out with my lens but I can't. Not that I can afford getting me a lens like that anytime soon, but now that I've seen your images, I'll certainly keep that lens in mind the next time I decide that I have to have a new big lens. Is that the f/4 IF-ED AF-S VR G lens you used?
