    New Osprey Nest...

Found this New Osprey nest as I looked out from the 5th floor of a parking garage in town. First time I have been able to get an angle like this. Nest is on top of of a power pole.
They are mating and should be laying eggs soon. Friend of mine who told me about this nest informed me they had 4 chicks last year.
They have been coming to this same nest for the past 4 years.. i will have a nice series on this when they hatch!

Eric, before you hang the first one on your wall, I would do something about the branch, behind the Osprey.

    Man, outstanding shots.
Now I'll be looking for Eric D 's post for the rest of the season.
