New member, does this forum allow drunk birds ?

    Hello all,
I was told by Erik that this was the nature forum and I see a lot of bird pictures here. I'm sorry I haven't figured out the correct way to post yet but here's a couple that like my rum soaked sunflower seeds. The last guy was just having a bad feather day. I do have a few normal shots : ) Nice to meet everyone.
    Eric

Hi Eric, nice to meet you too. I was just wondering why you would want to soak your sunflower seeds in rum ?

Welcome to the N&W forum.

To post photos you can upload via the "attachments" section, just make sure to resize to a maximum of 800x800 pixels and file size no larger than 293KB. Or, place the web URL of an existing image in between [IMG][/IMG] code. No spaces in the code.

Yes I do see the birds look a little "tipsy", and I don't want to seem mean, but I don't quite agree with giving birds stuff which can actually cause them health problems. Plus, being temporarily disabled makes them very easy targets for predators, like cats, hawks or little children.

I guess no one got it. It was a joke. I don't soak my seed. The bird shots were just strange shots on windy days or whatever....

I got it - but in the future, just title it, "birds with inner ear problems"

I think your photos are Hilarious.
These are the types of shots I would have in my coffee table book. Wonderful conversation makers.
I would really enjoy asking my guests to caption them. What do you think this bird is thinking?

I really enjoyed them, thanks for the post.
