    Smile New to the forum

I am new to the forum and look forward to seeing wonderful photos and learning from everyone out there more experienced and talented than I. As an introduction I thought I'd share this finch photo I was able to take earlier today. What is the optimal size for photos on this board? This one I kept the file size small.

Welcome to the forums and nice shot. You got the eye sharp.

Optimal is 800 on longest side. You can do much bigger in the galleries.

    Re: New to the forum

    Welcome to the site.

As Frog stated, 800 pixels on the longest side.

Try to save towards the file size limit of 290k for best detail.

    What's a Loupe for anyway?
