    new family

    we now have 3 fledgling mocking birds outside our front window shot this thru the window with a 55-300mm lens . I set up about 8ft back into the room so I wouldn't disturb them with the drapes turned into a shooting blind.

    There getting fed tommorrow for sure. My wife's picking up 1,000 mealworms for mom and dad to feed them over the next week or so.

    Very cool! This is nice and tight. I hope you'll keep posting more photos as they grow, since you have such a good view. What were your exposure settings? Can you shoot it so it's a bit brighter?
