    Mount Rainier, WA

I know most of the posts in here are wildlife, but this one is more nature.... This shot was taken while driving 65 down the road(DH driving, not me) I love what my D70s can do! I was really surprised to see no motion blur or anything......Whatcha think??

I'd like to see more nature too! It's pretty cool that the mountain seems to be floating.

I think there is a loss of detail in the mountain - possibly caused by the street vibration and subsequent PP?

Not a fan of the foreground. Thanks for sharing!

Trying to figure out what town it is but only know its not Enumclaw.
If you were going 65 its probably somewhere along I-5 and the mountain appears so close because of compression from a zoom.

    Re: Mount Rainier, WA

I didn't remember, but I asked my husband and he said he thinks it was by Tacoma....

The mountain was actually just hazy that day.... lol, not much I could do about the foreground though! I was just happy to get a clear shot of the mountain..... we only come to this side about once a year and only for a couple days...... so, sometimes it is hard to get a good shot....

Very nice and I too would love more nature images to balance it all out.
