More mantis macros

[Sushigaijin]

I've had some serious luck finding mantids this year - where I've seen maybe a dozen wild mantids in my life, I've found 7 or 8 this year without much effort. Here's a few more from this morning, heading back out after lunch for more summer fun.

And I've been using a square crop a LOT recently - maybe a hold over from all of the TLR photos I grew up with - my dad was a photographer before I was even a consideration, and I have boxes and boxes of his work in archive.
